Cut in the butter until mixutre resembles crumbs. Stir in cream until dough starts to come together, then stir in strawberry mixture. Drop a tbsp of dough onto baking skeets lined with parchment. Sprinkle with sanding sugar and bake until golden brown (24-25 minutes). Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Cookies are best served immediately but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperatre for up to 1 day.

1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
6 ounces fat free key lime yogurt
1/4 cup fat-free milk
zest of one lim (about 1 1/2 tsp)
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
splenda to taste
In a blender with ice crushing ability, combine the strawberries, yogurt, milk, lime zest and juice, and sugar substitute. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Makes 1 serving.
