3-5 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
12 oz bottle Franks Red hot wings buffalo sauce
1 packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
Place chicken into crock pot and pour the sauce over the top. Sprinkle ranch on top. Cover the lid and cook on low for about 5 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Add chicken back to the sauce and stir to coat. Cook on low for another hour.
Serve on hamburger buns.

Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches
approx 3 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast
16-oz. beef broth (1 1/2 cans)
1 10.5-oz. can condensed French onion soup
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
4-6 French rolls
sliced provolone cheese, optional
Trim excess fat off of beef roast and season meat all over with salt and pepper.
Pour beef broth, condensed French onion soup, red wine and garlic powder into slow cooker and place beef roast into liquid.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Take beef out and rest it, covered with aluminum foil, for about 15 minutes. Slice beef and return to slow cooker on low or very low for 30 minutes.
Lightly toast the bread and evenly distribute cheese between rolls, if using. Divide beef onto rolls and spoon the beef juice small bowls and eat everything while it is hot. Serve each sandwich with its own dip.

Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 green onion, diced
- 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup cashews (We didn't use these)
- lettuce leaves
- 10-12 large croissants (the number depend on how full you fill the croissants)
- Mix chicken, celery, onion, eggs, mayo, Miracle Whip, lemon juice, and salt together.
- Slice open croissants and on one half of croissant place a piece of lettuce followed by the chicken mixture.
- Then sprinkle with cashews and top with over half of croissant. Repeat until all croissants are filled.

Reuben Sandwiches
Budding Beef lunch meat
Swiss cheese
Rye bread
Sauerkraut
Thousand Island dressing
Margarine or butter
Spread margarine on one side of bread. On other side Thousand Island Dressing.
Slice of Swiss cheese, slice of beef, and sauerkraut.Place margarine side on a griddle or in a skillet and grill till brown.
