1 cup roasted tomato salsa (or your favorite salsa)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Combine the salsa, vinegar, oil, and pepper in a blender of food processor til smooth.
We had this over a grilled chicken salad and it was so good.
