Chicken Noodle Cassorole

4 Chicken breast Boil with 2 stalks of celery and one small onion till chicken is tender
Cut chicken in bite sized pieces set aside. Save broth to blend in the blender.
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of chicken noodle
1 can of chow mein noddles
1 cup of chicken broth from above

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup sharp Cheddar
Mix cheeses together

Mix 1/2 of the cheese mixture and all the other ingredients together. Pour in a 9x 13 casserole dish, top with remaining cheese bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees or microwave for 15 minutes on high.

Chicken and Brocolli Casserole

Boil Chicken, then cut into bite sized pieces 3 breast
1 pkg frozen broccoli thawed and drained thoroughly
Mix together and place in a 9x 13 pan

next step:
Mix together 1 can of cream of mushroom or chicken or celery soup
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 teas. lemon juice
1 can water chestnuts chopped
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
Pour over chicken and broccoli

1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter melted
Mix together and place on top of casserole
Bake at 350 degrees till heated through 35-45 minutes.
This is Grandma Schneider recipe and it is good.

Mary's Delicious Fruit Custard

1 large container of Vanilla Yogurt
1 sugar free cool whip
1 lrg package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 package of frozen fruit (berries)

Mix yogurt, cool whip and pudding in container. Top with frozen fruit.

I believe this was a Weight Watcher Recipe.

Dad's Favorite dessert ( Striped Delight)

1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 8oz Cool Whip
2 pkgs. 4 servings chocalate instant pudding
3 1/2 cold milk

Combine graham cracker crumbs,1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter, press firmly into a 9x13 pan. set aside.
Beat cream cheese with 1/4/ cup sugar 2 tbsp. milk until smooth fold in half of the cool whip . Spread over the crust.
Prepare instant pudding with the 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour over the cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. Spread remaining cool whip over pudding, can top with chopped nuts or chocolate shavings.
You can use Pistachio,lemon, or butterscotch pudding in place of chocolate. Alternate crust which is also good.
1 cup sugar
1 c flour
1/2 cup margarine or butter 2 tbsp. milk
Mix together and spread on bottom of 9x13 pan instead of graham cracker crust.

Wanda's Salad

1 can of eagle brand milk
1 20 oz can of pineapple drained
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 can cherry pie filing
1 12 oz. Cool Whip
Mix together, chill. This is really yummy but Tara you will have to substitute.

Apple Jack Cookies

I found this when I was cleaning, it is in Mary's writing from when she was in grade school, maybe they are good and she remembers what grade she was in.

1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg

1 2/2 cup of flour
1/2 teas. baking soda
1/2 teas. salt
1 teas.nutmeg
1 cup chopped up apples

Cream together sugar and shortening,beat in egg, sift dry ingredients and add to mixture, beat until well blended. Last stir in apples.
Drop in the shape of balls on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Homemade Baby wipes

Paper Towel ( Strong Soft Bounty)
2 cups boiling water
2-3 tbsp. Baby oil
2-3 tbsp. baby bath or baby shampoo

Cut roll of towels in half and take out the core. Place in plastic bowl large enough to hold towels pour the mixture over the towels. Use just like baby wipes.
